I am a transport professional based in West Sussex. Since leaving the army, transport is what I have known: operations, people, compliance records, systems, reporting and the pressure of keeping work moving safely.
As a Transport Manager with the Certificate of Professional Competence, I can provide practical guidance towards Operator Licence compliance: the routines, evidence and ownership needed to keep a fleet and its back office under control.
In previous roles I have repeatedly found savings by analysing the small things people often miss: duplicated entry, repeated reports, manual workarounds, disconnected systems and jobs being done simply because that is how they have always been done.
